Having a mental illness and being a drama queen are not mutually exclusive. As tumblr highlights oh so clearly, you can be genuinely fucked up and a legitimate annoyance to the rest of the world. I refuse to allow ridiculous behaviors to slide under the guise of mental illness. You can be sick and…

I almost agreed with you, until I hit the end.  Being sick, whether it be physically or mentally, is no excuse to treat others like shit.  Granted, a little leeway has to be given- sometimes people genuinely cannot deal with things and are not trying to take it out on others.  But yes, people who are sick can be assholes too.  But then I got to this: “Let’s devote our attention to helping those who are fighting to live first…then, maybe, the ones so eager to die.”

Really?

You can’t say “Hey, I’m sorry you’re sick, but you’re not important, I’m going to let you die.”

If you think that’s okay, then you don’t understand anything about this topic, and should kindly shut your mouth.
